The Gera transport company, GVB Verkehrs- und Betriebsgesellschaft Gera mbH, has awarded Stadler the contract for the delivery of 6 tram vehicles of the latest vehicle generation of the TINA (Totally Integrated Low Floor Drive) type in a first badge.

During the development of the new vehicle family, particular attention was paid to passenger comfort. The vehicles therefore have a large proportion of low-floor seats, extensive panoramic windows, a generous interior and spacious and barrier-free multi-purpose areas. The layout focuses on a comfortable seating arrangement and pleasant seating comfort. Passengers also enjoy clear and comprehensive passenger information thanks to the modern monitor system. Driver assistance systems increase the road safety of the vehicles, passengers and all other road users. Last but not least, the innovative bogie technology contributes to increased passenger comfort, ease of maintenance and cost-effectiveness of the vehicles.
