The service center in Hungary is located in Pusztaszabolcs. The modern maintenance depot, which is situated around 50 km south of Budapest, went into operation in 2009. A workforce of some 70 people keeps its working at full tilt, guaranteeing that customers enjoy optimum availability in their vehicle fleets.
The Stadler Service personnel in Pusztaszabolcs is responsible for the full preventive maintenance or service support of Stadler FLIRT trains for Hungarian rail operators MÁV and GYSEV, as well as Talent EMU manufactured by Bombardier. In addition to that, Stadler Service has also operated a competence center for overhauling bogies in Stadler’s Szolnok plant since 2013.
