Contract signature in Potsdam: Stadler Pankow receives an order for trams

ViP Verkehrsbetrieb Potsdam GmbH signed the contract for the delivery of ten Variobahn trams by Stadler Pankow GmbH today. The order is linked to an option for a further eight vehicles. The low-floor trams will replace the present Tatra type KT4D trams in Potsdam from 2011.The value of the firm order for the vehicles is around €25 million with a further €20 million for the vehicles on option and a total order of around €45 million.

A Stadler Rail Group a Szolnoki Olaj Kosárlabda Klub új támogatója

A Stadler Rail Group (Stadler) és a Szolnoki Olaj Kosárlabda Klub (Szolnoki Olaj KK) a mai napon szponzorációs megállapodást írtak alá a Szolnoki Városházán. A támogatásról szóló szerződést Szalay Ferenc polgármester jelenlétében Peter Spuhler, a Stadler Csoport elnök-vezérigazgatója, és Tóth Zoltán, a Szolnoki Olaj KK ügyvezető igazgatójaja írta alá. A megállapodással a Stadler mint hivatalos támogató segíti tovább a Szolnoki Olaj KK eredményes szereplését.

New fleet of 30 FLIRTs brings quality change in the public service of several railway lines in Hunga

Stadler Rail Group (Stadler) has started the delivery of the second batch of FLIRT trains to MÁV Start Zrt. (MÁV). Thanks to Stadler’s flexibility, the new trains will arrive to Hungary on the average 2 months earlier than determined in the delivery agreement. The last trains of the new fleet will expectedly enter service in February 2010, which means that by 2010 altogether 60 FLIRT trains will be operating on the Hungarian railways.

Az újabb 30 FLIRT motorvonat jelentős minőségi változást hoz több

- vasútvonal személyszállítási szolgáltatásában

A Stadler Rail Group (Stadler) immár leszállította és átadta a MÁV részére az újabb 30 FLIRT motorvonat első két darabját. A Stadlernek köszönhetően az új szerelvények az eredetileg vállaltnál átlag két hónappal korábban érkeznek Magyarországra. A flotta utolsó darabjai várhatóan 2010 februárjában kerülnek forgalomba, így 2010-ben már összesen 60 motorvonatból álló FLIRT flotta szolgálja a MÁV utasainak kényelmét.

Stadler and RhB cooperate in vehicle overhauls

(Chur/Bussnang) The Rhaetian Railway (RhB) and Stadler Rail have agreed to cooperate in the business of vehicle-overhaul and repairs of metre-gauge vehicles. Stadler will have part of the work in the inspection and overhaul carried out by the RhB. Stadler Rail and RhB have already successfully carried out various projects in cooperation in the past.
