Electric Double-Deck train KISS (4-car train), for the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), Switzerland

On 30.06.10, the SBB (Swiss Federal Railways) have ordered a fi rst option series of 4-section double decker multiple-unit trains. These units will serve as «Regio Express» trains on the SBB network. The 24 multipleunit trains will be delivered in the years 2012 and 2013. The trains are each 100 metres long, have a maximum capacity of 887 passengers with 60 1st class seats and 277 seats in 2nd class compartments.
